E-books and Courses

The James Martell Affiliate Handbook - Anyone who is considering starting an affiliate business either full time or part time should read this book. The style of the book covers A-Z on affiliate marketing, and in the end, you have a working affiliate site. I know quite a few individuals who are doing very well using his methods.

WordPress Optimization E-book - Written by Teli Adlam. This was a lifesaver for me on how to tweak WordPress properly for SEO as well as for building niche websites (using WordPress as a basic Content Management System). It is fantastic.

[…] There is a link on our e-book page to the James Martell Affiliate Handbook. It is HIGHLY recommended. […]

[…] This little piece of RSS software was recommended in one of the e-books I read, The Stampede Secret. I downloaded the trial version of this RSS tool and it “wowed” me. I found the interface intuitive and easy to use. The user can customize the software to their own liking, thanks to the built in “skin” chooser. It has a WYSIWIG editor (what you see is what you get) for guys like me who don’t know a lick of code! I can honestly say that I was uploading my first RSS feed within about 30 minutes from when I downloaded the trial. They offer a free trial and then an upgrade (cheap) to a registered version. I have links to them on my software page. […]

[…] One concept that can accelerate one-way links to your site is article distribution. James Martell calls it the Pad Technique. It works like this…write or have written an article about 1000-1500 words in length. Find on topic websites and ask the webmaster if they would like some free content for their site, providing they keep the links in place. In your article, you have placed roughly 3-6 links back to various places on your site. Voila, you now have one way back links! This is STILL a lot of work, but can pay off huge if done correctly.   […]

[…] OK. So now I have a few back links (250 on this site last time I checked). So what? Some of my recent reading suggests that it will make a difference in MSN and Yahoo, but not necessarily in Google. It sounds like Google only REALLY counts on some of the heavy hitter directories that have been around a long time (most of which have a paid inclusion). […]
